Activities and calendar

Plan calls, meetings, emails, messages, and other follow-ups.
Plan calls, meetings, and follow-ups
Good client management depends on doing the next small thing at the right time.
Good Old CRM lets you schedule activities and connect them to the client or deal they belong to.
Keep different kinds of work together
Create activities for:
- Phone calls
- Meetings
- Emails
- Messages
- Notes
- Other follow-ups
Each activity can have a date and status. It can be linked directly to a client or to a specific deal.
See what is coming up
Upcoming activities appear on the dashboard and in the calendar.
This gives you a quick answer to questions such as:
- What do I need to do today?
- Which meetings are coming up?
- Did I miss a follow-up?
- What is planned for this client?
- What work is connected to this deal?
Handle repeated work
Some activities happen regularly.
Recurring activities can create the next occurrence when the current one is completed. This is useful for regular check-ins, account reviews, renewals, or repeated administrative work.
Use your regular calendar
Pro users can create a calendar subscription for a workspace and add it to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar.
The subscription is read-only. Changes are made inside Good Old CRM and appear in the external calendar after it refreshes.
This keeps CRM activities visible alongside the rest of your schedule without requiring full access to your personal calendar.
Why use this instead of a separate task app?
A general task app can remind you to “call Sam,” but it may not show the client record, active deal, previous notes, or reason for the call.
In Good Old CRM:
- The activity stays connected to the client
- Deal context is easy to reach
- Completed and missed activities can be measured
- The calendar reflects your CRM work
- Follow-ups do not become disconnected tasks
A separate task app may still be useful for personal work. Good Old CRM is more useful for activities that belong to a customer relationship.
Why use this instead of calendar notes?
A calendar tells you when something happens. A CRM also tells you who it concerns and what business it is connected to.
Using both together gives you the date and the context.
