These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Good Old CRM. By using the application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
About Good Old CRM
Good Old CRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) application. It is operated by Leon Skalczynski, an individual based in Spain ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at malagagames.dev@gmail.com.
The service
Good Old CRM lets you record and organise clients, deals, and activities. You can use it without an account, in which case your data is stored only on your own device, or with an account, which enables cloud synchronisation of your data.
Accounts
When you create an account, you provide an email address and a password. Authentication and cloud storage are provided by Firebase (Google). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
Subscriptions and payment
Good Old CRM offers a paid Pro plan, billed on a monthly or yearly basis through Paddle, our payment processor. Prices are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. You can cancel your subscription or update your payment method at any time through the Paddle customer portal. Our refund policy applies to these payments and is described separately.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with the service or other users, uploading unlawful content, or using the service in a way that violates applicable law.
Your data
You retain ownership of the data you enter. We do not sell your personal data. How we collect, store, and process your data is described in our Privacy Notice.
Intellectual property
Good Old CRM, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application for its intended purpose.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the application. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
