This Refund Policy explains how cancellation, withdrawal, and refund requests for a Good Old CRM Pro purchase are handled. Paddle is the authorised reseller and merchant of record for these purchases.
In addition to any mandatory rights you have, we offer a full refund of a Good Old CRM subscription payment when you request it within 14 calendar days after the charge.
We review these requests manually and, when the request is within that period, arrange the refund through Paddle. This voluntary policy applies to initial subscription payments and renewal payments. Access associated with the refunded payment may end when the refund is issued.
Consumers in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom may have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from an eligible first subscription payment.
The right may be lost for digital content or services made available immediately where the consumer expressly consents to immediate supply and acknowledges that consequence. Paddle's current policy generally does not give a new EU withdrawal period for each renewal; specific rules may differ by country, including for certain UK annual renewals. Mandatory local rights always prevail.

We will review the request manually and submit an eligible refund through Paddle. You may also use the support link in your Paddle receipt or contact Paddle through paddle.net. Paddle remains the merchant of record and technically processes the refund.
Where a refund is approved, Paddle normally returns it to the original payment method where possible. Paddle states that approved refunds are processed within 14 days, but the time for funds to appear may also depend on the bank or payment provider. Access associated with a refunded transaction may end.
You can cancel through the Paddle customer portal or paddle.net. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future renewal charges; it does not automatically refund a payment already completed. Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records.
If the paid service is materially defective, unavailable, not as described, or not supplied with the standard required by applicable law, contact us first so we can try to resolve the problem. You may also request a remedy from Paddle.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, termination, or refund where those rights apply.
You may have a right to dispute a charge through your payment provider. Contacting Paddle or us first may resolve the issue faster, but nothing in this policy removes a chargeback or dispute right provided by law or your payment provider.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the application.
